Deanna Higgins

–

Circleville, Utah

Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt, Deanna Camp Higgins
was born June 5, 1958 in Richfield, Utah to Val Fred Camp and Joy Fowler Camp. She
peacefully passed away at her home in Circleville, Utah on May 16, 2024 after a long and
courageous battle with cancer.
Deanna married Terry Arden Higgins on April 23, 1977 and their marriage was later
solemnized in the Provo, Utah temple.
Deanna was a beloved and dedicated daughter of her Father in Heaven. She served in
many callings in the LDS church in the service of others and was an active member of
DUP. She took food and gifts to those who were sick, grieving or were blessed with a new baby.
Deanna was a crafter. She loved to make things out of random items. Whenever you would go to her house, she would pull out the cards or games. She loved games. She also loved camping and went anytime she could. She had a fantastic memory for faces and names.
She remembered who belonged to whom and how she knew them. Deanna absolutely
loved to talk and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She never met a stranger.
She had a great love for her children and grandchildren and was thrilled when they would visit. Her family and extended family loved “Aunt Bonana” and she will be greatly missed.
Deanna is survived by her husband, Terry; children, Jared (Brandi) Higgins, Jennifer
(Johnathan) Daugherty, Nicholas (Melissa) Higgins, Tara Anne Higgins, 15 grandchildren; Brother Ronald Jean (Shirlene) Camp, sisters, Valyn (Darwin) Leavitt, Trishia Sue Keisel Timbrel and Cynette Kay (Michael) Lambourne and sisters and brother-in-laws, Brenda (Douglas) Allan, Shauna (Dale) Bagley.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lory.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 21 in the Circleville LDS Ward Chapel.
Friends may call from 9:00 am to 10:30 am with the service at 11:00 am. Burial will be in
the Circleville city cemetery under the direction of Cedar Valley Funeral and Cremation.
We would like to thank the town of Circleville and so many wonderful people who rallied
around her and brought in food so many times. To Piute High School who held fundraisers and all the love that has been shown on Deanna’s behalf. A special thank you to the IHC
Hospice team and the wonderful nurses that assisted us.
