Sydnee Monin

With the heaviest of hearts, we are saddened to announce the passing of Sydnee Ann Monin. Born in the little town of Milford, UT on March 26th 1998. Sydnee was a beautiful child, a wild teenager and grew to be a resilient adult. She was a nurse by profession and a reader by passion. But her true calling was being a mother to her two children Makhai and Aria.

Sydnee was a Certified Nurse Assistant who found joy in serving others in the Healthcare field. Reading was her escape and her solace. However, her greatest joy in life were her children, to who she gave her all to. Sydnee tried hard but missed her mom and we can only imagine the reunion that took place when Heather and Sydnee were reunited. They could never be too far apart.

Sydnee is survived by her husband Adam Monin, her father Paul Strand, her brother Damien, sister Sophee, her very best friend, confidant and sister Saydee and her two beautiful children Makhai and Aria. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother Heather Robison.

Join us to celebrate the life of Sydnee, the girl who was "too busy reading" to notice how many lives she touched. The viewing will be held at Cedar Valley Funeral and Cremation, 2086 N Main Street, Cedar City, Utah, 84721, on Thursday, 05 Dec 2024 at 6:00pm MST. The funeral service will follow on Friday, 06 Dec 2024 at 10:00am MST at the same location. Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery Under the direction of Cedar Valley Funeral 435-865-9000.
