Marnie Horman

Marnie Horman grew up in American Fork Utah and now resides in Enoch. After high school she went on to earn a degree in Early Childhood Development and Children’s Literature. She served a mission for her church and one year later married Chad Horman. In the past thirty years they have chosen to raise their family in the states of Idaho, New Mexico and Utah. She is thrilled to finally be called “Grammy”.

Marnie enjoys reading, sewing, watercolor painting and writing children’s stories. She published her first book in 2007. She is the founder/owner of Mini Muffin Preschool and has devoted the past fifteen years to teaching cute little 4-year-olds. Families have come to adore Ms. Marnie in her role as a teacher and friend. Her thoughtfulness and kindness are evident in the many volunteer hours she has given to the Enoch City Library, Enoch Elementary School, Canyon View High School and her church. All of which have been a rewarding experience for her.  She hopes these experiences within the community have prepared her to serve her community in a new way.

Marnie is honored to have joined the staff here at Cedar Valley Funeral. After being with her own mother at the time of passing a few years ago and the spiritual experience it was for her, she felt inspired to be a part of the consoling environment that a funeral home can be for those who are experiencing a sorrowful chapter in their lives. She looks forward to serving in this new compacity.
